Robert Kessel Golf Scholarship Fund
The Polish Pines Golf Club is proud to announce the formation of the
Robert Kessel Golf Scholarship Fund. Blake Kessel, Rob's son, hit the ceremonial tee shot to a rousing roar from the crowd. It was a special moment for young Blake and Rob's wife, Elissa, kicking off the Scholarship Fund at the August 23, 2008, Fall Tournament at the Polish Pines Golf Club.
The Polish Pines Golf Club initiated the golf scholarship program in memory of Robert (Rob) Kessel. This program will award two college scholarships annually to a senior on the Mineral County High School golf teams, one from Keyser High School and one from Frankfort High School. Corporations, businesses or individuals may make additional donations to the scholarship fund through the Polish Pines Golf Club, P.O. Box 105, Keyser, WV 26726.
